The Board of Directors of Southern Company (the " Company") sets high standards for the Company's employees, officers and directors. The KBC Charter sets out the main aspects of our company's corporate governance, such as its governance structure, the internal regulations of the Board of  Solvay has adopted the Belgian Code of Corporate Governance (second edition) published on March 2009 as its reference Code taking into account the specific international aspects of the Company. The Corporate Governance Charter established by the Board of Directors aims at providing a comprehensive and transparent disclosure of the Company’s governance. The Solvay Corporate Governance Charter is based on a strong tradition of values that are historically ingrained in the Solvay group’s (hereafter the “ Group ”) culture. In particular, this Charter reinforces The Board of Directors of Solvay adopted a Corporate Governance Charter (the “Charter”) on December 13, 2016. The Charter is available on Solvay’s website and describes the main aspects of the Solvay Group’s corporate governance, including its governance structure and the internal rules of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and other committees set up by the Board of Directors. As Solvay’s principal executive organ of governance, the Executive Committee plays an entrepreneurial role and fosters operational agility. The Executive Committee is collectively responsible for Solvay’s overall performance, protecting the Group’s interests and ensuring that it is looking to the long term.

He has held multiple roles within the Solvay Group in Production, Technology, Human Resources and Commercial Operations in the Chemicals and Plastics divisions. In 2005 he moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, Solvay uses a systematic approach to designing and implementing control activities for the most relevant Solvay processes.
